Sunny grew up in Etobicoke, and currently lives and specializes in Oakville. Sunny has
been an active Realtor in the Greater Toronto Area for nearly a decade, and has been
involved in over $100M in real estate transactional value. Sunny's extensive experience
in real estate has allowed him to build a trusted network of partners in the banking,
legal, construction, and development industries, allowing him to be a full-service
resource for clients. He is devoted to the success of his clients and partners in the
industry.
Sunny's areas of expertise include assignment sales, residential listings, residential
development projects, condo sales, negotiation, and market research. He has been
involved in the development of multiple low-rise residential projects within the Greater
Toronto Area, including two major townhouse projects totalling over $35M.
Sunny is actively involved in the Oakville community. He is a member of the Oakville
Dads (link) group where he participates and coordinates in many community based
activities organized by Oakville Dads. He is a loving husband, and supportive father to
his three daughters.
