My passion for sales has always been an innate quality of mine. I worked as an
electronics sales associate from the early age of 14, while going to High School. I was a
top salesperson during Boxing Week in the entire company at age 16.
My passion for Real estate started in my early 20’s when my parents purchased our
family home in 1998 shortly after we moved from Winnipeg to Toronto. Our realtor was
amazing and she said I should consider it. I was headed to graduate school at the
University of Toronto. I ignored my inner voice that told me to cancel all plans and join
the real estate industry. My logical side has won this battle and off I went and completed
my Masters in Science.
Real Estate was meant to be because It kept entering my life in different ways. I started
investing in the Downtown Toronto Condo Market and really seeing the growth potential
in this type of investment. I never really believed in RRSP or the Stock Market. I saw
real estate as the best long term investment due it’s consistent average growth and
easy to liquidate if required.
The real eye opener was when I started assisting my friends and colleagues at work
investing in real estate. They started to make money off investments and more success
stories were emerging. I really started paying more attention to real estate and it was
my time to make a transition. I finally decided to take my 20 year+ experience in real
estate investing and officially start my career as a Real Estate.
Success in real estate is my destiny. I was able to reach Top 10% along with pursuing
and completing my Broker’s Licence in my first year of real estate. I was in the Top 3%
in my market place after 3 short years as a Broker.
The Next in my career was creating a Group driven for success. Topp Realty Group
was founded in order to keep like minded successful people working for the same
common goal.
